HOW TO CLICK AND COLLECT COVID19:
During checkout. in the shipping section you can now select Click And Collect which will allow you to collect your items from a designated area in store an hour after placing your order.
With this option you must call 01246 766606 to arrange a collection slot from our designated area in-store between 11am and 4pm,
Please note that click and collect orders can only be collected with an allocated time slot.

The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods in full by the customer, we now have implemented a signed delivery service on all orders which we hope helps give piece of mind for the safe delivery of your item. For customers in Europe, Zone 1 & 2 we have a flat rate International Tracked & Signed combination service. This offers a full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery with online confirmation status.
Orders are normally processed the same working day when placed before 2.00pm. Please allow up to 3 working days depending on the postage service you selected and your geographical location before contacting us, as sometimes it will take a while for the Royal mail to deliver depending on the time of year, or indeed fail to deliver and return the item/s to us if you have entered your details incorrectly.
Royal Mail delivery times are not guaranteed, they are estimates unless you have paid for a next day service. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.
Our delivery agents/couriers may require a signature upon delivery depending on the service you have requested at checkout.
Do not except the parcel from the courier until you have brought to the couriers attention the damage to the packaging, Make sure it gets logged by the courier. Keep all packaging and paper work as failing to follow these actions will result in a no claim scenario.
Should the goods become damaged in transit or shortages found we must be notified within 24hrs of receipt of the goods.
Claims for non-delivery of goods must be received by the website within 14 days of the date of the order, Royal Mail allows up to 3 working days from the date of postage before any claim can be considered.
International Shipping Terms:
The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment and dispatch. Should you decide to cancel your order once it has been dispatched you must contact us and request a tracking number. When the parcel arrives, it is you the customer that must organise the return on the item using a tracking delivery service, the fee cannot be claimed from Queen Of Vapes. The Items returned must be in the unopened original packaging.
Once you have notified us about a possible claim we then contact our couriers who will then escalate a case, you must follow the above procedures as failing to do so may result a non claim from the delivery company.
We will do everything we can to ensure your delivery arrives promptly, but can not make any guarantees on behalf of the Royal Mail or other carriers. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
